📦 1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
• The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
• The product is unused and in its original packaging

👉 We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Minor variations in color, fragrance, or design (as products are handmade)

📸 2. Proof Requirement

To request a return, you must share:

• Clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect product
• Images of the packaging

🔁 3. Replacement Policy

• If your request is approved, we will offer a replacement of the same product (subject to availability).
• Replacement will be shipped within 2–5 business days after approval.

Refunds are applicable only if:

• Replacement is not available
• The issue cannot be resolved

• Processed within 5–7 business days after approval
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method

• Products damaged due to misuse
• Products purchased during clearance or special sale (if mentioned)

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
